Revalidation
Revalidation of APAGE Accreditation as surgeon is required every 6 years. Individuals are required to submit the following documentation:
1. APAGE Accreditation Certificate
2. Certificate of Participation (Attendance or Faculty) at APAGE Annual Congress or Regional Meeting within 6 years
3. Revalidation Fee (6 years): USD400
Accreditation and Certificate
The accreditation fee of applicants and the certificate fee of APAGE of Gynecologic Oncologic Endoscopic as Surgeon is total USD 1,000.
Payment shall be made in the application process in advance, the accreditation fee USD300 will be refunded to the applicants if failed to pass the accreditation.
