APAGE-MIT publishes details of the names, countries and date of qualification of all FMIGS Fellows
FMIGS of APAGE-MIT are fully qualified doctors who have passed all requirements, prescribed examinations of the APAGE-MIT Long term Surgical Fellowship programme and are entitled to use post nominals: FMIGS(APAGE-MIT) after their name.
The award of the FMIGS(APAGE-MIT) is a mark of qualification that implies a doctor/surgeon is certified by the APAGE-MIT Board and training committee, to be a competent Gynaecologic Minimally Invasive Surgeon, proficient in all aspects of Gynaecologic Endoscopy & Minimally Invasive Therapy. FMIGS Fellows are also doctors and surgeons qualified in the art and science of various Gynaecologic Subspecialty fields of their practice. FMIGS fellows continue to contribute to the field via research, surgical proctorship, teaching in academia and maintains a high standard of practice in accordance to APAGE-MIT standard & values.
This list is provided for the benefit of the public, so that the relevant bodies/authorities/general public may check the status of their respective Gynae-MIS surgeons and reassured that their attending doctor/physician is indeed a verified and certified expert in MIS, having gone through the rigorous training process and selection of APAGE – MIT.
