• Criteria: As the hands-on workshop includes certification, surgeons or at least fourth-year residents are qualified to register.
• There is no on-site registration. Registration fee will only be accepted by credit card or wire transfer with FULL PAYMENT. Please note that wire transfer only accepted in US dollar. However, for registrants in Taiwan who want to pay by wire transfer, please contact mit.apage@gmail.com
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
